Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process payments (cash, mobile money, etc.) accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Reconcile cash with sales records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information.
- Follow all cash-handling policies and security procedures.
Requirements: - Honest, disciplined, and hardworking individual (High integrity required).
- Good numerical and customer service skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Business, or a related field are an added advantage.
- Experience in a similar cash-handling role is an added advantage.
