We are seeking a Cashier to join our team and assist in managing patient payments, credit transactions, and financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities or duties

• Process payments (cash, credit, cheque, insurance) and handle bank transactions, maintaining accurate income records.
• Assist the receptionist with scheduling follow-up visits and managing appointments.
• Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Transfer financial records to the Tally system daily.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong math and computer skills; Tally knowledge is a plus.

Experience needed

• At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Process payments (cash, credit, cheque, insurance) and handle bank transactions, maintaining accurate income records.
