Job Summary To process customer transactions accurately while delivering professional and friendly customer service. Key Responsibilities - Receive customer payments.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Issue receipts accurately.
- Balance daily cash collections.
- Resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate transaction records.
- Promote excellent customer service.
- Ensure security of cash and payment equipment.
Qualifications - Certificate or Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
