Job Purpose:

To process customer payments accurately, handle cash floats, and ensure the billing counter runs efficiently during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing: Operate the POS system; process cash, mobile money, and card payments.

Float Management: Start shift with the correct float; declare shortages immediately.

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, confirm orders before payment, and pack takeaway orders.

End of Day: Reconcile sales with system reports and deposit cash with the manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

UCE Certificate with credit in Mathematics.

1+ years till/cashier experience (hospitality or retail).

Trustworthy with a clean financial record.
