The role focuses on overseeing payment system deployments and continuously monitoring training and implementation activities at service stations and client sites. Key Responsibilities - Clean and update the existing database in Tomcard.
- Validate all data migrated to the Temc+ (MyFuel+) system.
- Print new cards for migrated clients, while onboarding new clients directly onto the system.
- Distribute new cards to migrated clients in a timely and organized manner.
- Address and resolve all card-related issues, queries, and requests within the Temc+ (MyFuel+) system.
- Follow up regularly to ensure that migrated clients' orders are processed without delay.
- Provide timely feedback on any errors encountered during card production.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all migrated data.
- Promote adherence to the Affiliate's Code of Conduct and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data-related tasks.
- Proficiency with IT systems and readiness to learn new technologies.
