The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills, capable of converting prospects into satisfied customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Forecast Sales, welcome and assist customers in choosing suitable vehicles.
- Promote and sell vehicles to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
REQUIREMENTS - A diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, and good communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Preferably, all gender but ladies are encouraged to apply.
