Call For Prequalification Of Suppliers And Service Providers For The Establishment Of Procurement Framework Agreements tender at Brac

BRAC Uganda Limited (NGO) invites applications from interested, eligible, competent, and reputable suppliers and service providers to participate in the prequalification exercise for the supply and provision of various goods and services.

Successful prequalified suppliers and Service providers may subsequently be considered for the establishment of Procurement Framework Agreements, where applicable and based on BRAC Uganda Limited's procurement requirements.

WORKS

a) Interested suppliers and service providers are invited to apply for prequalification under the various categories of goods and services listed in the prequalification document. Applicants may apply for one or more categories, provided they meet the eligibility and qualification requirements specified for each category and in separate document.

b) The prequalification document will be provided FREE OF CHARGE. Interested suppliers and service providers should access and download the prequalification document through the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oAeIFKIV3h-QdOUK_tuS0GKkDqUwp/view?usp=sharing

c) Applicants are advised to carefully read the prequalification document and ensure that they fully understand the eligibility, qualification, technical, financial, and other requirements before submitting their applications.

d) Completed prequalification applications shall be submitted ONLINE through this link: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/riJUrTNCVBBK provided in the prequalification.

e) Applicants are required to:

• Complete all mandatory sections of the application;
• Upload all required supporting documents;
• Ensure that documents are submitted in PDF format;
• Review their application carefully before final submission; and
• Submit their application before the stipulated deadline.

f) BRAC Uganda Limited shall not be responsible for applications that are submitted late or are not successfully received through the online platform.

g) Availability of Prequalification Documents: From 18th August 2026 To: Deadline for Submission of Applications: 14th September 2026 at 4:30 PM. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

h) IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their applications are submitted successfully through the online platform before the stipulated deadline.
• No payment is required to obtain or submit the prequalification documents.
• Prequalification does not guarantee a contract or Procurement Framework Agreement.
• Successful applicants may be considered for future procurement opportunities and Framework Agreements, subject to BRAC's requirements.
• Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable information. False or misleading information may result in disqualification.
• BRAC Uganda Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any application in accordance with its procurement policies and procedures.

i) DISCLAIMER

Obtaining the prequalification document and submitting an application does not constitute a promise or commitment by BRAC Uganda Limited to prequalify the applicant, award a contract, or enter into a Procurement Framework Agreement. The prequalification exercise is intended to identify qualified suppliers and service providers who may be considered for future procurement opportunities as and when the need arises.
