FORUM FOR AFRICAN WOMEN EDUCATIONALISTS (FAWE) UGANDA CHAPTER

CALL FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE SUBMISSIONS FOR STUDENTS’ LAPTOPS SUPPLY REF: FAWEUG/01/2026-27.

1. Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Uganda Chapter invites qualified companies to complete and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for participation in the tender process for the purchase of Eight Hundred students’ laptops.

2. This tender process is split into two phases. Phase 1 is intended to assess the technical, compliance and operational capabilities of prospective bidders to ensure they meet the required standards for the tender. All proposals that score the set pass mark will proceed to be further assessed in Phase 2.

3. Tender Documents:
   a) Tender documents including detailed specifications, terms of reference, evaluation criteria and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire can be obtained from Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Uganda Chapter offices, Plot 328, Mugalu Close, Bukoto – Off Kisasai Road upon providing the original bank slip/receipt as proof of payment of Two Hundred Thousand Shillings only (Ugx 200,000) that is Nonrefundable.
   b) The Tender documents will be available after providing proof of payment from 30th July to 11th August 2026 between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and between 9:00am and 12:00 noon (Friday).

4. Submission of bid documents:
   a) Completed bids must be submitted as one zipped folder titled: COMPANYNAME_Students_Laptops_Bid_2026-2027.zip and emailed to: ict-suppliesfaweuganda.org Deadline: 3:00pm on Wednesday, 12th August 2026.

Late submissions will not be accepted. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

b) It is mandatory for bidders to submit the original bank transaction slip/receipt at the FAWE Uganda offices reception desk in order to receive the bid documents. A receipt will be issued in return by the FAWE Uganda accounts office.

5. There shall not be a pre- bid meeting.

6. Payment methods:
   Payments are to be made through bank deposit or transfer to A/C Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Uganda Chapter, Account 9030005605198 Stanbic Bank, Corporate Branch.
