Call For Bids / Invitation To Bid tender job at Uganda Motorsports Arena Limited

Uganda Motorsports Arena Limited, trading as Extreme Adventure Park, invites sealed bids from qualified, experienced, and reputable construction companies to undertake the construction of a two-storey building at its premises.

1. Project Description

The proposed project involves the construction of a two-storey multi-purpose building to include, but not limited to, the following components:

• A fully fitted commercial kitchen

• A cold room and related food storage facilities

• A restaurant and dining area

• Food preparation and service areas

• Storage areas

• Electrical, plumbing, drainage, and mechanical works

• Any other works necessary for the complete and functional delivery of the facility

• The building must comply with relevant building standards, public health requirements, fire and safety regulations, and all applicable laws and regulations in Uganda.

2. Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be required to:

• Provide architectural and structural execution in line with approved designs

• Carry out civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works

• Supply all materials, labour, equipment, and supervision

• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of the project

• Hand over the project in a fully operational condition

3. Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must submit the following as part of their bid:

• Company profile

• Certificate of Incorporation/Registration

• Valid Trading License

• Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)

• Evidence of tax compliance

• Proof of previous similar construction projects completed (at least three)

• Reference letters or completion certificates for similar works

• Proposed work plan and construction timeline

• Technical proposal and methodology

• Financial proposal (detailed bill of quantities and cost breakdown)

• Proof of financial capacity

• Any other relevant supporting documentation

4. Site Visit

Interested bidders are encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submission of bids. Arrangements for site visits can be made by contacting the office using the details below.

5. Submission of Bids

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked:

"BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO-STOREY BUILDING – EXTREME ADVENTURE PARK"

Late submissions shall not be accepted.

6. Evaluation and Award

Uganda Motorsports Arena Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder.
