JOB DETAILS: Premier Credit Limited is a credit-only institution regulated by UMRA, with a nationwide outreach. We are dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions to our customers. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are actively seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Call Center Team Leader – Telesales. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. • Lead and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets for civil servant • loans. • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to optimize their sales • techniques and productivity. • Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call quality, and • adherence to compliance standards. • Implement strategies to improve sales processes, call handling efficiency, and customer • experience. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales interactions. • Utilize call center software and CRM systems effectively to track sales performance, analyze data, • and generate reports. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries, escalations, and operational • issues promptly. • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' product knowledge, sales skills, • and customer service abilities. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. QUALIFICATIONS; Experience: • A minimum of one year of proven expertise in sales team leadership within a call center environment, along with experience in civil servant loans, credit, telesales, or related roles is advantageous. Communication Skills: • Excellent verbal communication skills essential for articulating product features and motivating sales teams effectively. Team Player: • Collaborates effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives. Integrity and Analytical Skills: • Demonstrates integrity, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in credit activities. Must possess computer literacy.
