Responsibilities or duties: - Handle incoming customer calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
- Provide accurate information on company products, services, promotions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent delivery service.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications or requirements: - Bachelorâs degree in any Field from a recognized university is required.
- Fluency in at least one of the following language combinations: Luo, Swahili, and Luganda; Ateso, Swahili, and Luganda; Runyakole, Rutooro, and Luganda.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated active listening abilities and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Proven ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time efficiently.
- Computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
