Job Summary:   Looking for a Cafe Operator to Manage the Café at Ruby Hospital
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality Food Service: Provide nutritious, high-quality meals suitable for patients and staff.
- Health Compliance: Work with dietitians to ensure options meet dietary and allergy needs.
- Patient & Staff Convenience: Offer meal delivery and quick service options, especially during peak times.
- Operational Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized café with regularly serviced equipment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Train staff for excellent service and handle feedback to improve offerings.
- Inventory Management: Keep stocks organized, avoid shortages and control costs.
- Safety & Policy Compliance: Follow all hospital safety and hygiene standards.
- Financial Reporting: Provide clear, regular reports on finances and budget adherence.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in restaurant management is required.
