In The Role Of Business Organisation Development Consultant
you will be responsible for liaising with clients to identify business development needs and scope out interventions that will result in a step uplift in their effectiveness. You will then manage the implementation of projects, providing professional advisory services and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be interested in growing your professional expertise and acting as a thought leader in the Business & Organisation Development space. You will have strong experience in business leadership - either as a line manager, HR practitioner, or consultant - able to empathise with the challenges faced by our clients, and to provide practical solutions based on your wealth of (ideally multi-sectoral) experience. The role is not only about providing advice and talking about solutions — it's critical that you are able to deliver concrete results on time and to standard. You will be able to produce excellent written work at speed, think creatively to design new systems, or to write policy and procedure. You’ll be capable of coping with multiple demands, with lots of projects on the go simultaneously, and working effectively with a dynamic, multi-cultural team.
