This includes driving sales performance, optimizing operational efficiencies, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing inventory management, and leading teams to achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving growth in a competitive retail market. â Duties and Responsibilities: - Leadership and Team Management.
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and retail staff.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement and motivation.
- Implement and uphold company policies, ensuring a strong team dynamic.
- Sales and Customer Service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement measures to drive growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and engagement.
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively, building long-term loyalty.
- Business Operations & Strategy:
- Oversee daily operations of all Azone retail stores, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store productivity and operational excellence.
- Monitor and improve store layouts, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards across all stores.
- Inventory and Financial Management:
- Oversee inventory planning, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
- Optimize supply chain operations to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
- Manage store budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for growth and cost reduction.
- Reporting and Market Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on store performance to senior management
Requirements Experience and Qualifications: - Bachelorâs degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in retail/business management, with a track record of success in driving sales and profitability.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience in product and inventory management, sales forecasting, and business development.
- Proficiency in retail technology and systems, including POS software and ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
