Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Officer, your core responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through strategic field visits, effective phone calls, and compelling email outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Sales Appointment Management: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments with prospective clients to expertly introduce and promote NeCo EDC's premium products and services.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Present and promote products and services to both new and existing customers, focusing intently on understanding customer needs and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Sales Closing: Leverage exceptional customer service skills and advanced sales techniques to successfully close deals and directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and collaboratively share effective sales closing strategies with the team to enhance overall sales performance and knowledge.
- Customer Retention: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by providing consistent support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Client Satisfaction & Escalation: Promptly address and escalate any client concerns to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Referral Generation: Actively seek and develop referrals from satisfied clients to continuously expand the customer base and generate new opportunities.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Meticulously track all sales activities, appointments, and progress through status reports to monitor individual performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, directly contributing to the overall success and profitability of the business.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from clients and colleagues to continuously refine sales techniques and contribute to the improvement of product offerings.
- Needs & Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of customer needs to present tailored, value-driven solutions that ensure long-term satisfaction and maximize client benefit.
