JOB DETAILS:

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agro-processors, farmers, and cooperatives
• Identify and onboard new suppliers across Uganda and East Africa
• Contribute to our supplier database with field insights and verified data
• Represent Obunji Exports at trade shows, buyer meetings, and promotional events
• Design and execute marketing strategies that support our export goals
• Manage digital campaigns, content, and brand visibility
• Track performance and optimize outreach based on real data

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agribusiness, or related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, business development, or sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building partnerships
• Willingness to travel and engage directly with suppliers
• Bonus: Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing, or export trade

Level of Education: bachelor degree
