JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer to design and implement engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UI/UX design principles, front-end development, and modern web technologies to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and ensure seamless functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices, design guidelines, and industry standards.
• Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.
• Conduct usability testing and iteratively improve designs based on insights and user behavior.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance UI/UX practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP) is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
