The ideal candidate will identify and acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue through tailored insurance offerings for both individuals and businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain clients across corporate, SME, and individual sectors.
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals and solutions.
- Build lasting client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while exploring cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and report on sales performance.
Requirements: - Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or client management (insurance or financial services preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional.
