This will involve efficient management and development of relationships with Banks, brokers, FAs, IFAs, Unit Managers, ADC, Partners outlets and Regional Service Managers to grow revenues. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a business development strategy to establish the companyâs presence and drive market penetration.
- Build and establish a strong market presence, focusing on customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute key sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to expand the customer base and drive premium revenue.
- Drive ownership of the product portfolio strategy, ensuring quality business through a well-balanced mix of life insurance products.
- Design and implement sales incentives to drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention of existing policyholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory developments, identifying suitable distribution channels.
- Manage product development, sales, and marketing costs to ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of the business.
- Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and operations teams to develop innovative and customer-centric life insurance products.
- Design a competitive and seamless customer experience across all life insurance products.
- Ensure all product information and training materials are aligned with the companyâs value proposition and market needs.
- Identify and explore new product opportunities to support business growth and differentiation in the market.
- Monitor regulatory changes and oversee product impact analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and banking partners to drive business growth, ensuring consistent revenue generation through strategic partnerships, targeted sales initiatives, and effective collaboration on insurance solutions.
