Job Overview • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance office and remote work effectively. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales team and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments. • Directly supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring effective performance. • Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. • Keep accurate records pertaining to purchases, sales, and requisitions. • Hire, train, and evaluate personnel to build a strong sales team. • Analyze sales territories to assess growth potential and set achievable quotas. • Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are consistently met. • Visit retailers and sales representatives to promote products and gather valuable information. Qualifications • Education: Post-secondary diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields. • Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role is required.
