This role is focused on driving the growth of the bankâs customer base, specifically through the opening and verification of new bank accounts, while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities - Source and acquire new customers through field activities, referrals, networking, and bank-led sales campaigns.
- Promote and sell the bankâs products and digital services to prospective customers.
- Guide customers through account opening and application processes, ensuring accurate documentation and ID verification.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and account acquisition targets.
- Record and track all customer engagements and sales activities in the bankâs CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and internal bank policies during customer onboarding.
- Address customer inquiries promptly while maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelorâs degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- One year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines and performance targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally for field assignments and client engagements.
