The role combines consultative selling, client relationship management, and market development, with a focus on achieving defined revenue targets and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement business development plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for the companyâs suite of HR services.
- Follow up on leads provided by the firm or supervisors and close deals efficiently.
- Generate and pursue personal leads through networking, referrals, and business intelligence.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and emerging HR trends.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, capability presentations, and sales pitches.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company at business forums, HR events, and industry exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and performance updates.
Qualifications and Experience - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management - preferably within HR services, consulting, or training environments.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Excellent negotiation and proposal writing abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
