Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for farm products and services.
- Develop and present business proposals and pitch decks to potential partners and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership projects.
- Track and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Proven track record of securing and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent understanding of the agricultural sector is a plus.
