- Knowledge: basic mechanics or certificate in motor vehicle mechanics or trade test certificate
- Driving: a valid class permit, Certificate in first aid is an added advantage.
Duties and responsibilities of the bus attendant - Carry out routine checks and daily maintenance checks before taking off
- Manage the passenger door and the boots
- Support the driver during turning and parking
- Control stopping and taking off
- Ensure the security of all passengers and their luggage inside the bus
- Maintain the hygiene, cleanliness and ensure the safety and security of the bus.
