You should deposit non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 on PRON generated by the district and present evidence of payment to the Procurement and Disposal Unit for the bid document.

3. Certificate of incorporation

4. Certificate of VAT Registration/TIN number

5. Annual Income Tax Clearance certificate

Tender application must be submitted in properly sealed envelopes clearly marked Bid for ……… or pre-qualification for ……….. 2026 -2027 and addressed to:
The Head procurement and Disposal Unit P.O. Box 37 BUGIRI N.B.

1. Hand delivered bids should be submitted to the procurement and disposal unit on the main block.

The closing date for submission of tender applications/bids is 20th May 2026 at 11.00 am and the Applications/Bids will be opened on the same day at 12.00 am in the District council chambers in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
