- Engage customers and explain product features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities where required.
- Encourage customers to purchase promoted products.
- Support brand activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market insights to the company.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image.
- Monitor competitor promotions and activities.
- Prepare reports on promotional activities and customer responses.
