Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in branch operations, sales management, or business development
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and lead high-performing teams
• Strong operational, financial accountability, and customer relationship management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
