Responsibilities or duties - Ensure the welfare, safety, and discipline of boys in the school dormitory.
- Supervise daily routines (wake-up, meals, study time, lights out).
- Counsel and mentor students, acting as a positive role model.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and security in the dormitory.
- Liaise with school administration, teachers, and parents regarding student well-being.
- Enforce school rules and Christian values within the boarding section.
Qualifications or requirements - Minimum of a Diploma in Education, Social Work, Guidance & Counselling, or relevant field.
- Mature, firm, fair, and of high moral integrity.
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience needed Previous experience in a boarding school setting as a warden or senior teacher. - Ensure the welfare, safety, and discipline of boys in the school dormitory.
