Key Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of biometric devices across all company locations.
- Ensure daily synchronization of biometric devices with the central server to maintain accurate attendance and access records.
- Transport and deploy biometric devices to designated sites, ensuring full operational coverage.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure consistent data integrity.
- Verify and reconcile biometric data; generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and access reports.
- Facilitate employee enrollment into the biometric system and ensure proper usage across all departments.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of biometric devices and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on biometric system usage and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards in the handling of biometric information.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills - Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1â2 years of experience in managing biometric systems or similar attendance/access control technologies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple sites.
- Basic knowledge of networking, server connectivity, and system troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff training and support.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and biometric data handling is an added advantage.
