Supply of Licenses and Migration to Microsoft 365 – UEGCL/SPLS/25-26/23171

Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited

has received funds to be used for the supply of Licenses and Migration to Microsoft 365.

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given between: 9:00am and 4:00pm.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be on Uganda Electricity Generation A/C No. 6008555387, ABSA Bank Uganda Limited upon which you shall be presented with a bank slip as proof of payment. The document may be picked by bidders from UEGCL Kampala Office.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am of Friday 20 February, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,000,000= (Uganda Shillings Four Million Only). Bid securities must be valid until Friday 25 September, 2026.

Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 11:10am of Friday 20 February, 2026.

There shall not be a pre – bid meeting.
