Bid Notice Under Open Domestic Bidding tender at National Drug Authority

PROVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, SERVICE AND REPAIR UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT-NDA/NCONS/24-25/00433

1. National Drug Authority has allocated funds to be used for Provision of Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Service and Repair under framework contract.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand) The method of payment will be through Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited UGX Account Number 9030005759829.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7, at or before 11:00 a.m. on 17th April 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 29,010,533 (Uganda Shillings Twenty-nine million ten thousand five hundred thirty-three only). Bid securities must be valid until 18th November 2026 Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7, at 11:30 a.m. on 17th April 2026.

7. Documents may be inspected, issued, delivered and opened at:

   • Procurement & Disposal Unit, National Drug Authority.

   • Plot 93, Buganda Road, NDA Tower 2nd Floor, P.O BOX 23096, Kampala (U).
