The Bidding document can be inspected and shall be issued using email upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200,000/= after visiting the Finance Department for generation of Payment Reference Number (PRN) and submission of a written application to the City Clerk. Site visit is mandatory to all bidders. -
Interested, eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit, Mbarara City Council from 9:00am-5:00p.m during official working days. -
Bids must be delivered to the address above (3) at or before 04:00pm on 27th May 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of all the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above at 04:15pm on 27th May 2026. Mbarara City Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest, highest or any bid.
