Bid Notice Under Open Domestic Bidding Supply Of Fuel To The Ministry Of Works Ferries, Under A Framework Contract For Three (3) Years tender at Ministry of Works and Transport (MoWT)

1. Ministry of Works and Transport has allocated funds to be used for Supply of Fuel to the Ministry of Works Ferries, under a framework Contract for three (3) years The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the supplies under listed:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to Local bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
4. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda shillings 100,000 (One Hundred thousand Shillings only) to a local bank.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 22/09/2026, 2026 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of U/GX 100,000,000 (Uganda Shillings; one hundred million shillings only). Bid securities must be valid until 21/04/2027. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30am on 22/09/2026.
6. There will be a pre – bid meeting on 31/08/2026 at 11:00am at the address in 7(a) below.
