Bid Notice Under Open Domestic Bidding For Supply Of Two (2) Brand New Station Wagons And Mini Bus tender at Muni University

1. Muni University has allocated funds for the acquisition of two (2) brand new station wagons and one (1) mini bus as detailed below:

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on working days.
5. The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 (Ugandan Shillings fifty thousand only) per lot. The method of payment will be by Bank through Muni University Zeepay portal: https://payments.muni.ac.ug and print the pay slip before proceeding to pay in any bank.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) on or before 30th September, 2026 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration and bid securing declaration. Bid security must be valid until 26th March, 2027. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 30th September, 2026 at 11:30am.
7. There shall be no pre - bid meeting/ site visit.
