Bid Notice Under Open Bidding tender job at Uganda Investment Authority

CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CARRY OUT ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT PLAN (ESMP) FOR THE OPERATION PHASE OF THE KAMPALA INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARK (KIBP)

1. The Uganda Investment Authority received funding from Government and intends to apply part of the funds for Consultancy Services to Carry out Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) for the Operation Phase of the Kampala Industrial And Business Park (KIBP).

2. The Entity writes sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above procurement.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and request to inspect the bidding on request via email under 8(c).

5. The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 5(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000/= (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) to the Bank Payment will be made to Uganda Revenue Authority to a government commercial Bank after obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the URA website. A receipt from the Bank shall be presented to the PDU for them to obtain the bidding document.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00 am on 13th March 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the address below at 8(c) at 11:30 am on 13th March 2026.

7. There shall be no pre-bid meeting (Request for clarification shall be sent to the email under 8(c)).
