Bid Notice Under Open Bidding tender job at China-Uganda Friendship Hospital, Naguru

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AN AMBULANCE VAN, A 14-SEATER MINBUS AND A STATION WAGON PROC: REF NO: CUFH/SPLS/25-26/00027

1. China-Uganda Friendship Hospital, Naguru has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of an Ambulance Van, a 14-seater Minibus and a Station Wagon.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8.30am to 5.00pm during working days.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda shillings 200,000. The method of payment shall be through Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) web-portal (www.ura.co.us) under China -Uganda Friendship Hospital, Naguru.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 10am on 24th October 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 9,000,000=. Bid securities must be valid until 28th February 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(a) at 10.30am on 24th October 2025.

7. (a) Address for bid inspection, issue, delivery and Opening of bids shall be:
