PROVISION OF COURT BAILIF AND AUCTIONEERING SERVICES UNDER A FRAMEWORK CONTRACT – DPP/NCONS/2025-2026/00011 -
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions seeks the service of a provider for Provision of Court Bailiff and Auctioneering Services under a Framework Contract. -
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services. -
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding Method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders. -
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address indicated in 8(a), from 8:30am to 4:30pm. -
The Bidding documents in English may be accessed at the address indicated in 8(a), by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000/- (Uganda Shillings Fifty Thousand only). The method of payment will be cash payment to any bank using ODPP TIN (1000835344). -
Bids must be submitted at the address indicated in 8(a) at or before 22nd July, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration. Bid Securing Declarations must be valid until 07th January, 2027. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address indicated in 8(a) on 22nd July, 2026 at 11:30am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be valid until 26th November, 2026. -
There shall be a pre-bid meeting at ODPP Boardroom 4th Floor, J.I.O.S House on 14th July, 2026. -
