Bid Notice Under Open Bidding tender at National Drug Authority (NDA )

PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER TO NDA STAFF AND THEIR DEPENDENTS -NDA/NCONS/26-27/00028.

1. The National Drug Authority has allocated funds to be used for Provision of Medical Insurance Cover to NDA Staff and their dependents.
2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Services.
3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with open domestic procurement procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at No. 8 from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at No.8 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be through Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited UGX Account Number 9030005759829.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at No. 8 before 11:00 a.m. on 10th September 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX 20,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Twenty million). Bid Securities must be valid until 15th April 2027. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at No. 8 at 11:30 a.m. on 10th September 2026.
7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
8. Bidders should note that the Documents may be inspected, issued, delivered and opened at:
