The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the National Animal Genetic Resources Centre and Data bank (NAGRC&DB) on behalf of the Government of Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method of procurement as stipulated in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the NAGRC&DB Procurement and Disposal Unit Office.

5. All bid documents will be available for purchase and inspection during working hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) on weekdays.

6. All interested bidders will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/= (Uganda shillings one hundred thousand only) upon submission of a written application to bid.

7. All potential service providers must deliver their sealed and marked bids on 18th December 2025 before 11:00 am.

8. All submitted bids will be opened on 18th December 2025 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives that choose to attend the bid opening.

9. Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
