1. INVITATION TO TENDER

Groundbreaker Talents invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit sealed tenders for the construction of a single-storey dormitory at Groundbreaker Talents.

• Deadline: ID Submission: 31st October, 2025; 11:59pm.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

The works shall include, but are not limited to:

• Site clearance and preparation.

• Foundation and structural works.

• Superstructure (walls, roofing, ceilings).

• Plumbing and sanitation installation.

• Electrical installations.

• Fileness (footing, painting, filtrings).

• External works (paving, landscaping).

• Any additional work as detailed in drawings and specifications.

3. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

• Bidders must submit their proposals in sealed envelopes clean/ marked.

• "Tender for Single Storey Dormitory – Groundbreaker Talents" to Groundbreaker Talents PREMISES.

• After 9/20,000 Uganda Shillings to be deposited for the same purpose to the following details.

4. SITE LOCATION

The dormitory will be constructed on Groundbreaker Talents' property located at Groundbreaker Talents, (Plot 622, Liberty road Namwezi Village, Sonde, Mukono District.)

5. PROJECT TIMELINE

• Expected Start Date: December, 2025 (Tentatively)

• Completion Deadline: May, 2026

• Defect Liability Period: 1 month

6. EVALUATION CRITERIA

• Bidders must provide:

  • Valid company registration documents.

  • Tax compliance certificate and VAT registration certificate.

  • Proof of similar works completed (minimum of 3 references).

  • Audited financial statements for the last 2 years.

  • Proof of availability of key technical staff.

  • Construction insurance and health & safety policies.

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Groundbreaker Talents reserves the right to reject any or all bids without providing reasons.

• The successful bidder will sign a formal contract prior to commencement of works.

• All works must comply with relevant building codes and standards.
