The above subject refers;

This addendum is in respect to the bidding document for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning Ten (10) New Diesel Electric Locomotives and Training of Maintenance & Operation Personnel Retender under the EAC Railway Rehabilitation Project-Refurbishment of Kampala -Malaba MGR funded by African Development Bank (ATDB).

All bidders should take note that the Bid submission date has been extended from 19th December 2025 to 13th January 2026 at 11:00am.

All other terms and conditions remain the same as per Standard Bidding Document and responses to the clarifications.
