Bid Notice tender at University Research Co., LLC (URC)

SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF MEDICAL/MATERIAL, NEWBORN, AND CHILD HEALTH (MNCH) EQUIPMENT

BACKGROUND
University Research Co., LLC (URC), a US-based company working in Uganda since 2005, is implementing the URC/ DOS-Uganda Health Activity (UHA). UHA supports the Government of Uganda’s (GOU’s) efforts to increase the survival and well-being of its population and improve overall health system resilience in priority regions. The program strengthens the quality and availability of MNCH, Malaria, HIV-Prevention, nutrition, and facility-level WASH services as well as health systems at the regional, district, facility, and community-levels.

DOS Uganda Health Activity on behalf of Ministry of Health Uganda, invites interested bidders to submit their offers for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of Medical/Material, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) Equipment for select sites.

1. Details of the tender:
   The award shall be for supply, last mile delivery, installation and User Training. Bid documents may be obtained by submission of an application electronically to UHAProcurementurc-chs.com

2. Bidding Procedure:
   a) Interested applicants shall obtain further information and the RFQ document by submission of an electronic application to email address in 1. Above.

b) For any request for clarification, please write to UHAProcurementurc-chs.com

c) Sealed Bids in duplicate (Original and a copy) shall be hand delivered by latest Monday 30th March 2026 at 5:00pm EAT to the address below,
UGANDA HEALTH ACTIVITY PLOT 11 BUKOTO CRESCENT NAKAWA DIVISION KAMPALA UGANDA.

Note: Late bids shall be rejected.
