The bidding documents in English may be viewed and purchased by interested bidders from the address above and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 30,000/ per item using the Payment Reference Number (PRN) obtained from Finance office at Kyegega DLG shall be made. -
All the requirements shall be in the bidding documents. -
Revenue collections are applied for on "as is" basis. -
A successful bidder will be required to pay 50% of the total contract on the day of bid opening. -
Special interest Groups (youth groups, women groups, older persons and PWDs) are encouraged to apply. -
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:00 am on 25th June, 2026. Bid opening shall be held at 10:30 a.m at the district Council Hall. -
There shall be a pre bid meeting on Thursday 11th June 2026  10:30 am at the district council hall. -
