Masaka City has allocated Local Revenue to be used for provision of Supplies for the Financial Year 2025/2026. -

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding Procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders. -
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Masaka City Offices and inspect Solicitation Documents at the address given below in 7(a) from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday during the Bidding Period. -
A complete set of Bid Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee UCX 200 office. The method of payment will be done using Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS) and obtaining a receipt from the City cash office. Bidders will only be issued with the bidding documents upon presentation of an original receipt of payment. The documents should be physically collected from the address in No. 7(a) below from 8:30 am to 5:00pm. -
Bids must be delivered and registered to the address in 7(a) below to 12:00 pm on 3rd December 2025. Late bids shall be rejected.
