MUKONO DISTRICT LOCAL GOVERNMENT BID NOTICE Procurement Reference No: MKN/DSC/2024-2025/00001

Mukono District Local Government invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for:

1. Pre-qualifications for works, services and supplies

2. Framework Contracts for works, services and supplies

3. Disposal of Assets

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Mukono District Procurement and Disposal Unit Office during working hours.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 5th August, 2024 at 11:00am.

Late bids shall be rejected.

The Bid documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= per item to Mukono District General Fund Account No. 1200036393 in Centenary Bank and a general receipt obtained from the District Cash Office.

Documents shall be issued immediately upon payment.

CATEGORY B – PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR WORKS

• Construction and rehabilitation of buildings and civil works

CATEGORY C – PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLIES

Includes supply of:

• General office stationery and printed materials

• Furniture, fertilizers, livestock

• Fuel, computers, IT equipment

• Foodstuffs, cleaning materials, electrical items

• Motor vehicles and spare parts

• Tyres, batteries, medical equipment

CATEGORY D – FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
