BID INVITATION NOTICE FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-2027 Bidders are invited for Open Bidding under framework contract for the Following under Listed items for the financial year 2026-27 i. Supply of petroleum products and lubricants ii. Supply of plain stationary iii. Supply of printed stationery iv. Supply of computer and photocopier consumables v. Repair and maintenance of vehicles and motorcycles vi. Supply of culverts 600mm, 1200mm, 450mm & 900mm vii. Supply of bitumen viii. Supply of primer cut back ix. Supply of stone chippings, 16/22mm & 10/14mm x. Supply of cement and steel bars xi. Supply of hard core xii. Supply of bricks (4"x6"x9") xiii. Supply of sand (lake and pit) xiv. Supply of stone dust xv. Supply of gravel xvi. Supply of aggregates 12mm & 18mm xvii. Supply of iron sheets, timber, BRC, nails, pipes, doors, windows, iron monger, gates, paint & chain link xviii. Supply of fill material xix. Advertising and media services xx. Hotel and conference facilities xxi. Repair and servicing of computers, photocopiers and related equipment xxii. Supply of Motor vehicle and Motorcycle spare parts xxiii. Provision of transport hire services Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding procedures contained in the (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations and it is open to all eligible bidders. NOTE: -
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Kabale Municipal Council Procurement and Disposal unit and inspect the bidding documents from 9:00 am to 5:00 P.M during working hours from Monday to Friday. -
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda shillings 50,000/= paid through Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS) using PRN issued by Finance Department and obtain a General Receipt which shall be attached to the bidding document. -
The document shall personally be delivered and no liability shall be accepted for loss or late delivery. -
The Entity has reserved opportunities for special interest groups. Women, Youth and PWDs owned organizations are also encouraged to apply. -
The bids shall be submitted in properly sealed envelopes and addressed to the Head PDU Kabale Municipal council and clearly marked âTender For â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦..âEach item should be applied for separately. -
The closing date for bid submission shall be 2nd July 2026 at 11:00 A.m. Late bids will be rejected. -
All bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives who choose to attend on 2nd July 2026 at 11:30 A.M in the Council Hall. Kabale Municipal Council is not bound to accept any bid.
