Job Description/Requirements Brief Job Summary: Your mission is to support, develop and maintain BI assets to improve insight delivery and decision making. Key Duties & Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:Â - Provide analysis and insights to business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.Â
- Work with the BI central team to develop, grow and maintain BI assets (Git repositories, Python codebase, Databases/Schema, Servers, etc.)
- Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to ensure stakeholders have access to relevant and meaningful insightsÂ
- Contribute to knowledge sharing to ensure all business intelligence stakeholders have adequate documentation and training.Â
- Provide ad-hoc support relating to data extraction and reporting.Â
- Own the CRM through customization, maintenance, business requests, and optimization for data gathering and reporting, and ensure adherence to best practices.Â
- Proactively identify trends that can help other business Stakeholders make business decisions to modernize and improve processes.
- Provide monthly, quarterly & weekly reports on business performanceÂ
Technical:Â - Maintain/provide technical support in terms of code for the development of dashboards, KPIs, reports, and other analytical artifacts that expose key business insights into customers, products, marketing, and operations.Â
- Work closely with the BI Operations Lead to ensure data model and code definitions are aligned across TATC and with business definitions.Â
- Play a key role in data cleansing and mining, as well as highlighting anomalies.Â
Management:Â - Guiding and training the BI intern/Junior BI into the business analyst role through technical training, how to communicate with stakeholders, and meet BI deliverables.Â
Person Specifications: Qualifications:Â Years of Experience: - 3 + years of experience in data analytics
Skills required to perform the Job:Â - You are passionate about data and the impact it drives in the real worldÂ
- You have proven experience with data analytics and insight generation.Â
- You are familiar with data extraction, cleansing, and transformation processes.Â
- You have experience with sales CRMs and other productivity tools for operational teams (e.g. Zoho Recruit)Â
- You are comfortable with mid-level SQL code.Â
- You have experience deriving important data metrics and KPIs to measure business health, performance, etc.Â
- You have worked with BI visualization tools e.g. PowerBi, Tableau, or Zoho analytics , Data studio
- You have a proven track record in driving data automation and defining processes.Â
- You can comfortably communicate data insights to stakeholdersÂ
- Prior experience in report writing, data analysis, or statistical interpretation.Â
- Familiarity with PL/SQL and stored procedures.Â
- Experience using PowerBI
