Responsibilities or duties Technical and maintenance role. - To efficiently operate BFS machines to meet company targets.
- To conduct routine maintenance works on BFS machines as well as minimize the rate of breakdown.
- To ensure smooth functioning of the BFS machine all the time.
- To report all sorts of BFS machine breakdowns to the team leader, section head, and engineering department.
- To ensure that all safety standards are met and comply with current GMP guidelines.
- To ensure that BFS machines are highly efficient through minimizing defects.
- To ensure that periodic machine parts changes are done as per the requirement of the department.
- Set up and adjust machines.
- To work with the engineering department in installing and commissioning of new machines, equipment, and parts.
Documentation and reporting role. - Maintain daily production and engineering records in the logbooks.
- Review manuals to ascertain the cycle for calibration and maintenance of these machines.
- Report any form of defect or malfunction detected on the machine.
Any other Duties - Ensure that any other duty assigned by HOD is executed to management expectations.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: - Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or
- 2 years of experience working in a relevant / similar company.
- Ability to work with senior people.
- Excellent report writing skills.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: - Basic safety training
- Basic GMP training
- Leadership training
- Entry & exit into production area training
- Hygiene training
