Key responsibilities include crafting classic and innovative cocktails, pouring draft beers, serving wine and spirits, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to high standards. You will also be expected to manage inventory, restock supplies, and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Building rapport with customers, taking orders accurately, and handling payments are also essential aspects of this role. Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
