- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
- Steam milk to the correct temperature and texture, and create latte art for presentation.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide friendly, personalized service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, including coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Suggest add-ons, such as pastries, snacks, and alternative milk options, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system where applicable.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
